Please refer to our invitation placed on our website on 4th March 2009 soliciting interest from Banks and other recognized financial institutions to act as Arranger/Provider to raise foreign currency long term debt (Facility) to finance acquisition of shipping vessels by wholly owned subsidiaries of PNSC.
We are pleased to inform that all interested parties may now send their detailed proposals in accordance with the specified criteria latest by 14th April 2009.
