ACQUISITION OF BULK CARRIER 65,000 – 75,000 DWT (AGED UP TO 10 YEARS)

1. Pakistan National Shipping Corporation as managers invite offers from reputed Ship Brokers for acquisition of a Panamax Bulk Carrier of upto 10 years age.

2. In addition to complying with all relevant IACS and other regulatory bodies requirement, vessel must fulfill the following criteria:

a. DWT : 65,000 to 75,000.

b. AGE : Upto 10 Years.

c. BUILDING YARD : Reputable Yards (Former East Block origin built vessels may not be offered).

d. LOA : 225 Metres (maximum).

e. BEAM : 32 Metres (maximum).

f. MAIN ENGINE : Preferably SULZER or B&W

g. Compliance with latest IMO / ILO Regulations and suitable for further trading.

3. Details of major repairs, alterations / modifications carried out to be provided. Any additional  information beneficial to the buyers may also be provided.

4. Terms of Purchase will generally be in line with Norwegian Sales Form 1993 subject to additions / deletions of clauses through mutual agreement.

5. In addition to Ship Brokers already prequalified by PNSC, reputable Ship Brokers with Baltic Exchange  membership and extensive sale/purchase experience may make their offers.

6. Offer for sale of Bulk Carrier with authority from Owners, based on above criteria may be forwarded to PNSC by Courier, Fax/Email.
