REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TWO DOUBLE HULL AFRAMAX TANKERS

 

  1. The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) (www.pnsc.com.pk) is an Autonomous Corporation, listed on the Karachi Stock Exchange. Its major shareholder is the Government of Pakistan. It presently manages a fleet of 15 ships comprising Aframax Tankers, Bulk Carriers and Multi Purpose Combi ships. 

  2. PNSC as Managers invite Expression of Interest from reputable ship yards, ship brokers with Baltic Exchange membership and or any company/entity having extensive International experience in ship construction and ship financing, for providing finance and construction of two double hull Aframax Tankers for PNSC’s group of companies. 

  3. Shipbrokers already prequalified by PNSC shall continue to remain so. All other interested parties are requested to forward relevant details. 

  4. Expressions of Interest with authority from principal (where applicable) may be forwarded to PNSC by Courier, Fax/Email to;
